A Celebrity is Gone

We mourn the loss of our friend "Gidget" who passed away yesterday at the tender age of 15 while playing with her favorite toy. One minute you're having the time of your life, and then suddenly the big taco in the sky comes down and swoops you up.

Gidget had a long and successful career with Taco Bell and will be missed by thousands of fans.

Fancy Feast Appetizers

While I am not big on wet food, I understand these new appetizers by Fancy Feast are simply scrumptious.

There is a steamed talapia appetizer, shredded beef, salmon and white meat chicken. They come in 2 oz servings and I saw them on sale at Petsmart.

Getting Better All The Time

As you can see, I am getting better with each day. Here I am with my sister MizMisty. Remember her? The one that thought I was a raccoon? Didn't spent much time outdoors, eh? Nevertheless, I am very happy and have many great stories to share with you, including the latest and greatest toys, meow wear and yummies. My blog will feature guest feline furry friends and their adventures. I have to go now, my mommy has my yogurt ready.

Albino Raccoon

I'll never forget the day my mommy and poppy came through the door with what I thought was some new breed of raccoon. Maybe it's an Albino Raccoon. I had no idea they intended to keep the raccoon, until they gathered up a blankey and headed to poppy's office. I couldn't get a close look, but I had a terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach. What was I going to do with a raccoon? Don't they bite? Then my mommy tells me I have a new sister. Sister? This is a white and grey raccoon. I am a gifted and beautiful blue cream persian mix (mostly persian) with no time for a sister, let alone a raccoon. Then I saw the tail.

Rough Start

Wow, one day you're pushing your way through a crowd of felines, the next your sitting in a cage in Petsmart. Who knew? Here I thought scrimping around dirty dishes for a few crumbs was normal, until I got adopted. I have to admit, I was so tired and not feeling well when I landed in Petsmart. I was too sick to be happy. The next day, this nice man and lady were looking at me in the window. I couldn't see them too well because my eyes were infected. I couldn't eat because my gums were sore. My hair was all tangled and knotted. Boy I was a mess! When they pressed their face against the window, and I could see their big eyes and big smile, I knew. They love me!! Please God, let them take me home.
